On a spring evening in Glen Burnie, Maryland, the life of 18-year-old Kyriq William-Anthony Devinshire was tragically cut short. On May 16, 2020, Devinshire, a male, was with a group of friends near the Elvaton Towne Pool when violence erupted. Witnesses later told police that three masked men, described as Black and wearing dark clothing, approached the group and opened fire. The sudden attack left Devinshire with critical injuries.
