On a summer morning in Clinton, Maryland, the community was shaken by a violent act that left a young woman dead. On July 18, 2020, patrol officers responded to a call concerning a vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway in the 9200 block of Stuart Lane. Inside the car, they discovered 26-year-old Windy Robinson suffering from gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
