In the quiet, early hours of December 26, 2020, the life of 28-year-old Isaiah Stanley of Landover, Maryland, was irrevocably altered. At approximately 12:30 a.m., patrol officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were dispatched to the 7500 block of Finns Lane in Lanham following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene: Isaiah Stanley lay outside, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Emergency medical services were promptly called to
the scene, and Stanley was rushed to a nearby hospital in a desperate attempt to save his life. Despite the urgent medical care he received, the severity of his injuries proved to be too great.
