In the fading light of a Tuesday afternoon in Laurel, Maryland, on March 30, 2021, the life of 19-year-old Justin Xavier Stinson was tragically cut short. The young man, a resident of Savage, was found lying on the ground outside an apartment complex in the 9000 block of Stebbing Way, suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso.
