Justin Xavier Stinson, a 19-year-old resident of Savage, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on March 30, 2021, in Laurel, Maryland. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. in the 9000 block of Stebbing Way. Multiple 911 callers reported hearing gunshots and seeing a man lying on the ground outside an apartment complex. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Stinson with a gunshot wound to his torso. He was immediately transported to Shock Trauma, where he succumbed to his injuries.
