On February 8, 2023, at approximately 10:15 a.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 3500 block of Russett Green East in Laurel, Maryland. Upon arrival, officers discovered 32-year-old Antwaun D. Conyers of New Carrollton, Maryland, lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
