Xavier Cole Young, a 14-year-old from Odenton, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2017, in a drug-related shooting in Laurel, Maryland. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on North Laurel Road, where Young had arranged to meet with two other teens, Luis Gerardo Ordonez, 19, and Francisco J. Rodriguez, 16, for a drug deal.
