Brian Raviv Bregman, a 43-year-old resident of Laurel, Maryland, was found dead in his home on February 3, 2021. Bregman, who served as a reserve officer for the Metropolitan Police Department and was also a practicing attorney, was discovered by officers responding to a call about a possible burglary at his residence on Main Street.
