Darrin Barnes, a 30-year-old resident of Gwynn Oak, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 14, 2021, in a shooting incident outside BJ Mallards Restaurant on Ingleside Avenue. According to police reports, officers responded to the scene just after midnight and found Barnes and a 30-year-old woman suffering from gunshot wounds. Barnes was shot four times and succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital, while the woman survived despite being shot multiple times in her legs.
