Gary Tyshawn Bowser, a 21-year-old resident of Gwynn Oak, Maryland, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2016. Bowser was found shot just after 6 p.m. in the 700 block of Westhills Parkway in Woodlawn. Baltimore County Police officers, who were in the vicinity of the 1000 block of Coleridge Court, heard the gunshots and responded to the scene. Bowser was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries an hour later.
