Dangelo Quante Evans, a 26-year-old resident of Gwynn Oak, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2017. On that fateful night, around 11:40 PM, Baltimore County Police responded to reports of gunshots in the 5900 block of Talbott Street in Woodlawn.
