Reginald Tappan, age 73, was reported missing from Central Point, Oregon, on July 10, 2020. His disappearance was noted by local authorities and added to the Oregon State Police’s official list of missing persons. At the time of his disappearance, Tappan was considered a vulnerable adult due to his age, and his case drew concern from both law enforcement and the community.
