In the winter of 1987, a 50-year-old man named Howard Ben Dearmon vanished from Central Point, Oregon. The last time anyone is known to have heard from him was sometime in December of that year. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Caucasian male, standing at 6'1' and weighing approximately 215 pounds. He had blond hair, which was receding, blue eyes, and a mustache.
