A summer evening in Baltimore turned tragic on July 8, 2021, marking the untimely death of Alysse Marie Gardner. A 34-year-old White female, Gardner was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred at approximately 5:19 p.m. in the 700 block of East 22nd Street. The incident, which also left a 35-year-old man injured, cut short the life of a woman remembered by her family.
