On the evening of July 9, 2021, tragedy struck in the 1500 block of Presstman Street in Baltimore, Maryland, where 39-year-old James Glover III, a Black male, was found shot to death. The incident, which was reported at approximately 7:16 p.m., was quickly classified as a homicide by authorities who determined that Glover had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
