Death by Force

Darius Massey, a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2020, in a double shooting incident in West Baltimore. The Baltimore Police Department responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 10:15 p.m. on the 2200 block of Winchester Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered two victims, Darius Massey and 20-year-old Rayquiz Joseph, in the rear of the 1200 block of N. Bentalou Street. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
