Abdur Rahim Bey-Tonic, a 25-year-old from Wilmington, Delaware, tragically lost his life on March 20, 2022, in Elkton, Maryland. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Bey-Tonic was shot while driving his vehicle on Singerly Road.
