Tyree Tashawn Richardson, a 20-year-old resident of Dunkirk, MD, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2022. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when Richardson entered a residence on Lakeside Court in Dunkirk, reportedly to reconcile with his ex-girlfriend. Upon entering her bedroom, he was met with a barrage of gunfire from Terrance Kenneth Yancey, a 22-year-old from Washington, DC, who was present in the room. Yancey fired 16 shots at Richardson, resulting in his immediate death.
