In the early morning hours of August 10, 2022, Nesredin Esleiman, a 55-year-old man from Silver Spring, was working as a rideshare driver in Temple Hills, Maryland. At approximately 6:20 a.m., officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were dispatched to the 5400 block of Chesterfield Drive for a welfare check. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Esleiman inside his vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
