In the quiet evening of August 19, 2022, the life of 19-year-old Myles Prentice of Bowie, Maryland, was tragically cut short. The young man was discovered in a parking lot on the 200 block of Harry S. Truman Drive in Largo, a community in the vicinity of Upper Marlboro. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by responding Prince George's County Police officers.
