On a Wednesday afternoon in the unincorporated section of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, the life of 19-year-old Stefan Groves was tragically cut short. On October 30, 2024, at approximately 12:00 pm, police responded to reports of a shooting in the 13300 block of Burleigh Street. Upon arrival, they discovered the young man outside, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was a resident of Upper Marlboro.
