In the quiet town of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, the life of 17-year-old Ashton Arnold was tragically cut short on November 29, 2009. The young man, a student at Hillcrest High School, was fatally shot in his home on Allen Bridge Road. The incident that claimed Ashton's life also resulted in the death of his 31-year-old mother, Amanda Chapman.
