Do you know who murdered Mark Wagner? On a summer evening in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of Mark Wallace Wagner Jr., a 26-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On Sunday, August 16, 2015, police responded to a call at the intersection of 24th and Chestnut Streets in the Russell neighborhood. There they found Wagner in the street with a gunshot wound to his head. He was rushed to the University of Louisville Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 8:35 p.m.
