Demond Ramsey, a 23-year-old from Louisville, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on October 24, 2015, in a double-homicide shooting. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the 800 block of West Evelyn Avenue. According to reports, Ramsey was found lying in the street, having succumbed to gunshot wounds at the scene.
