In the early morning hours of October 24, 2015, the life of 23-year-old Demond Ramsey was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. The incident unfolded around 12:30 a.m. in the 800 block of West Evelyn Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky, where Ramsey was discovered lying in the street.
