Rhashard Spikes, a 21-year-old resident of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2015, in a road rage incident. Around 9 p.m. that evening, Spikes was driving out of the Hilton Head Gardens apartment complex when he nearly collided with another vehicle on Southwood Park Drive.
