Rockiem Graham, a 29-year-old resident of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, was tragically shot to death on April 7, 2018. The incident came to light when the vehicle he was in was pulled over by Beaufort County Sheriff's deputies at approximately 7:45 p.m. The vehicle, driven recklessly by one of Graham's associates, was stopped at the intersection of U.S. 278 and Indigo Run Plantation.
