Antwane Dargan, 23, a Black/African American man, was killed on December 30, 2015, in Sumter, South Carolina, after gunfire erupted at the Poplar Square apartments on Miller Road. He was found outside near one of the buildings, and an autopsy later determined he had been struck by multiple gunshot wounds.
