In the summer of 2016, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Greenville, South Carolina, following a dispute that began over an online sale. Christopher Shane Satterfield, a 25-year-old White male, was found deceased on the evening of August 17, 2016. The events that led to his death unfolded after Satterfield had arranged to sell speakers through the online marketplace app, OfferUp.
