Yusuf Abdus-Salaam, aged 32, tragically passed away on October 11, 2016, in Lancaster, South Carolina. He was the son of Jenny Thompson Bridges and Michael Anthony Jefferson. Yusuf was survived by his parents, his two sons, Jy'seer Amir and Jaliel Ahmad Stover, and several siblings. His death was a significant loss to his family and the community.
