Daquindrick Blackmon, a 29-year-old Black African American man, was shot outside his home on Springdale Road in Lancaster, South Carolina, in the early morning hours of Sunday, November 23, 2025. According to investigators, he had stepped outside with his girlfriend when a young man approached on foot and began a brief conversation with them in the driveway area. Moments later, the visitor produced a handgun and fired multiple shots; two of the rounds struck Blackmon, causing critical injuries.
