Jacarion Antonio Gladden, a two-year-old boy from Lancaster, South Carolina, tragically died on July 31, 2017. The incident occurred when Jacarion found a 9 mm handgun in his home and accidentally shot himself in the chest. His mother, Toni Gladden, and her boyfriend, Shazeem Hayes, rushed him to the hospital, but their car crashed into a utility pole on the way.
