Bequan Antonio Louis Recasner, a 23-year-old man from Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2016. The Richland County Coroner's Office reported that Recasner, who resided on Bluff Road, died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds sustained during a shootout.
