In the early morning hours of February 11, 2017, a quiet home on Marlboro Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina, became the scene of a violent and tragic home invasion. Inside, 28-year-old Francisco Javier Villar, known to his loved ones as 'Frankie,' was fatally wounded. The incident unfolded at approximately 5 a.m. when multiple individuals forced their way into the residence with the intention of committing a robbery.
