Lisa Sargent, a 47-year-old resident of North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on June 28, 2017. Authorities were alerted to a potential hostage situation at an apartment complex on Ashley Phosphate Road early that morning. Upon arrival, they discovered that a man had barricaded himself inside the apartment with a woman who had been shot.
