In the quiet, rural landscape of Green Sea, South Carolina, a grim discovery was made in the early hours of an August morning in 2017. Inside a Honda Accord, parked at the intersection of Carolina Road and Church Road, 31-year-old Latosha Nicole Lewis was found deceased, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
