Demetrious Alveriz Fuller, aged 46, tragically lost his life on August 26, 2017, in Greenwood, South Carolina. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when Fuller, also known by his nickname "Meatball," was involved in an argument with Xzariera Okevis Gray.
