Toni Lynn Rivers, an 11-year-old girl from Hampton, South Carolina, tragically passed away on October 27, 2017. Toni was a sixth-grade student at Hampton Elementary School and was known for her love of the outdoors and her vibrant personality. Her death was a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, which occurred at her home in Hampton. The incident was a devastating outcome of prolonged bullying that Toni experienced at school.
