On a Valentine's Day afternoon in Irmo, South Carolina, a verbal dispute in a grocery store parking lot escalated into a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 26-year-old Alexandria Cress Borys. The young mother was shot and killed around 4 p.m. in the parking lot of a Kroger. Borys, a nursing student and cosmetologist, was with her two-year-old and infant in her car at the time of the incident.
