In the early morning hours of May 31, 2018, the life of 16-year-old Tyus Odjarek Burnett was tragically cut short. A male student at Wilson High School in Florence, South Carolina, he was known for his leadership qualities and respectful nature. His dream of graduation and the bright future that lay beyond were extinguished when an unknown assailant entered his family's mobile home and fired several shots.
