Terrell Quantrev Smith, a 25-year-old resident of Florence, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on May 16, 2015. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on West Dixie Street in Florence. Smith was shot and subsequently transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
