Samir Bernard Atkins, a 26-year-old resident of West Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2018. The incident occurred at the New Brookland Apartments located at 925 Glenn Street in West Columbia. Samir was fatally shot at approximately 2 PM, and the shooting also resulted in injuries to two other individuals.
