Robert William All Jr., a 22-year-old from Swansea, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2018. The incident occurred when Charlie Don Robinson III, an acquaintance of All, planned to steal a 2018 Nissan Altima that All had borrowed from a friend. On the day of the murder, Robinson asked All for a ride, and they ended up on Toole Smith Road in the Swansea area of Lexington County.
