In the summer of 2018, the life of 22-year-old Robert William All Jr. was tragically cut short in Swansea, South Carolina. On the night of July 11, authorities responded to reports of gunfire in the 100 block of Toole Smith Road. Upon arrival, they discovered All with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. An autopsy later confirmed that All had died as a result of the shooting, and his death was ruled a homicide.
