James Mann Edward Parham, aged 55, tragically passed away on August 26, 2018, in Union, South Carolina. Parham, known affectionately as "Mann," was found unresponsive at the bottom of the steps of his home on O'Shields Street. The Union Public Safety officers responded to a report of a shooting around 11 p.m. that night. Witnesses reported hearing a gunshot and subsequently saw two men running from the scene towards N.
