Mercedes Nora Shanice Gibson, a 27-year-old African American woman from Augusta, GA, tragically lost her life on January 14, 2022. She was one of the victims in a domestic double murder that also claimed the life of her friend, Raven Michelle Tolbert, who was also 27 years old.
