In the autumn of 2017, the life of LeShaun Shepard, a 23-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. On the evening of October 30, 2017, Shepard was murdered at the intersection of 26th Street and Eddy Alley. His death left a void in the lives of his family, including his mother, Caprice Wilson, his father, Melvin Hubbard, and his young son, Le'Shaun Shepard Jr.
