Janet Jean Smith, aged 61, passed away on December 1, 2018, at her home in Gaffney, South Carolina. Born on January 25, 1957, in Cherokee County, she was the daughter of Shirley Smith Tate and the late Jimmie Tate. Janet was also preceded in death by her sister, Yvonnie Smith.
