In the Park Hills neighborhood of Spartanburg, South Carolina, a disagreement on November 1, 2019, tragically escalated, ending the life of 38-year-old Jason Rashaun Eison. On that Friday evening, around 5:30 p.m. on Amherst Drive, an argument led to a fatal encounter. Following the dispute, Rishard Lewis Geter emerged from a vehicle armed with a pistol and fired approximately ten shots at Eison.
