Eli Jobi Ragin, a 23-year-old resident of Summerton, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 7, 2019. The incident occurred on a Friday night when deputies from the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a shooting at a home on Louis Street. Upon arrival, they found Ragin deceased at the scene. The Clarendon County Coroner's Office later confirmed his identity.
