In the early morning hours of a Sunday in January 2020, a birthday celebration at a Jasper County motorcycle club took a tragic turn, ending the life of 23-year-old Kevon Williams Jr. of Ridgeland, South Carolina. The event, attended by over 100 people, was held at the Black Presidents Motorcycle Club, located just outside the town limits of Yemassee.
