On May 4, 2019, 49-year-old James 'Jimbo' Roth Sr., a white male, was walking alone in the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood. It was around 3 a.m. when the sound of gunfire echoed through the residential streets, a sound that would forever alter the lives of the Roth family.
