In the quiet community of Ruby, South Carolina, the life of 47-year-old Charles Noble Jr. was cut short on the evening of May 9, 2020. Authorities responded to a call on Crossroad Church Road in the Mount Croghan area of Chesterfield County, where they discovered Noble lying in the road with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
